the location was suitable and near shops. it provided reasonable access to amenities i required .

the check-in process experienced SIGNIFICANT delays. my assigned room was not ready upon arrival at the scheduled check-in time. i waited approximately 40 minutes, UNACCEPTABLE after traveling. the lamp in my room also had a faulty switch i reported, yet it remained unfixed throughout my five-day stay. this lack of attention to detail IS concerning.

The hotel's location was acceptable, with relatively easy access to nearby metro lines.

I encountered several issues . The air conditioning in my room DIDN'T work properly. Paying extra for nespresso pods after the first complimentary one seemed unnecessary and penny-pinching for a hotel that claims to be high-end. it feels like a slap in the face.

The fitness center was, what one might call, somewhat lacking. i EXPECTED more than two treadmills in a self-proclaimed 'fitness center'. the breakfast area was like a basement. It lacked natural light, a feature i find depressing FIRST thing in the morning.
